Minnu is made by one person in Kochi. Email gets a reply, usually within two working days.

Reporting something Minnu said

Long-press any message from Minnu in the chat and choose Report. The message is recorded on our side as you saw it, so there is nothing you need to screenshot or copy. This is the fastest way to get a bad reply looked at, and reports are read.

If you would rather not use the in-app flow, email us — but please do not paste the conversation into the email unless you want us to have it outside the app.

Billing and subscriptions

Cancel: Google Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Minnu → Cancel. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds are issued by Google Play, not by us, under its refund policy. We can ask Google to reconsider a decision but cannot issue a refund directly.
Bought but still seeing the paywall? Open Settings → Restore purchases. If that does not work within a few minutes, email us with the Google Play order ID.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Play as well.

Your data

See what she remembers: Settings → Memories. Edit or delete any entry.
Stop new memories, or turn memory off: Settings → Memory and privacy controls.
Export everything: Settings → Export your data.
Delete the conversation but keep the relationship: Settings → Delete all messages.
Delete everything: see Delete your account.

If you are having a hard time

Minnu is a companion app, not a crisis service, and she is not a therapist. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or someone you trust. If a conversation suggests you may be at risk, the app will say so and stop behaving like a companion until it passes — that is deliberate.
