Data Deletion
Delete workout data inside FormBuddy
- Open FormBuddy.
- Choose More.
- Choose Legal & privacy.
- Choose Delete workout data.
- Review the warning and confirm Delete.
This permanently removes local workout sessions, repetition summaries, insights, achievements, and challenge progress from that device.
Delete all FormBuddy app storage
Open Android Settings → Apps → FormBuddy → Storage & cache → Clear storage. You can also uninstall FormBuddy. Android wording varies by device. Clearing storage removes local workout records and app preferences. An eligible Google Play purchase remains associated with the purchasing Google account and can be restored.
Advertising and purchase information
Google processes advertising and purchase information under Google's policies. Use Android advertising privacy controls, FormBuddy's “Privacy and cookie settings,” Google Play order controls, or the applicable Google privacy tools to manage information held by Google.
To stop advertising identifiers being shared for personalised advertising, open More → Legal & privacy → Privacy and cookie settings in FormBuddy, or use Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID. Purchasing FormBuddy Premium removes ads entirely.
Making a formal data request
You can ask us to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Email founder@nikhilnelson.com, which reaches Nikhil Nelson (sole proprietor, trading as Streamline, GSTIN 32CDAPN1142D1ZC) in Kochi, Kerala, India. We acknowledge requests within 72 hours and respond within 30 days, free of charge, and will provide our full registered postal address on request.
Because FormBuddy has no account and no server-side workout database, we cannot remotely identify or erase workout history stored only on your device — the in-app controls above are the complete and immediate way to delete it. For information held by Google rather than by us, we will tell you where to direct the request. See the Privacy Policy for your full rights and for grievance redressal.
