Data Deletion

Last updated: August 5, 2026

There is no cloud account or developer-held journey record to delete. Your quit journey and private audio are stored in app-private storage on your device.

Erase everything inside Not Today

  1. Open Settings in Not Today.
  2. Select Erase all app data.
  3. Review the warning and select Erase permanently.

This permanently removes local journey events, preferences, reminders, and private audio. It cannot be undone.

Clear storage through Android

Open Android Settings → Apps → Not Today → Storage → Clear storage. Android labels may vary by device. This removes all locally stored app data.

Uninstall the app

Uninstalling Not Today removes its app-private data from your device. Exported PDFs or copies shared to other apps must be deleted separately from those locations.

Advertising and purchase data

Google processes advertising consent, ad-service data, and Google Play purchase records under its own policies and account controls. Erasing Not Today data does not erase records that Google must retain or manages independently.
